If you had picked a colour theme other than the default one under Customise, every dropdown menu in the dashboard showed a plain grey bar instead of an arrow. The menu still worked — clicking it opened the choices exactly as normal — but nothing on the field itself said it was a dropdown at all. That is fixed: every dropdown now shows a proper arrow, in every colour theme.
The search box at the top of the dashboard only ever matched a page's own name. Typing "add api key", "change theme" or a customer's name found nothing, even though the thing you were looking for was right there in the product. It now searches page names, common actions and your own customers together, and picking a customer from the results opens their record directly — and, found while fixing this, results you typed your way to now reliably respond when clicked, rather than sometimes doing nothing.
